What We Offer:
Before I got to Welcome Home, I gave up on the fact that there were any good people left in the world. Since being here I my feelings have changed. I was just an old VET looking for a room to rent, to my surprise I found a community a family should I say. I love it here and don’t think I would be leaving.
When I moved into Welcome Home I was at a place better place with my health. By it being an independent living facility I worried when my health started to decline. I spoke with Ms. Lauren about my health and concerns, this beautiful soul connected me to support which helped me keep my bed and assist with my needs. This place is really like home.
I was fleeing a bad relationship and could not find any safe shelter. I had a job but wasn’t bringing in much. A co worker recommended Welcome Home shared living, she said they rented on a sliding scale. It wasn’t difficult at all I just applied and uploaded my proof of income. Soon after I was contacted by someone from the office and was scheduled an interview with Ms.Lauren she was literally the sweetest and I moved in the next day.
